The Yellowfin Tuna (Ahi) is a highly sought game fish due to its excellent taste and sporting battle. Oahu’s waters contain this fish in copious quantities throughout the year. They average 125 pounds, though can exceed 300 pounds here in Hawaii.

Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi are famous in Hawaii & Hawaiian cuisine, thanks to their bright colors and delicious meat which blends well with native fruits. Mahi Mahi are available in Oahu’s waters the entire year, especially between March & September.
